School Attendance After Lockdown
We are delighted to have recorded 97.8% attendance of pupils across our six primary schools in Essex last week after eight weeks of Lockdown Remote Learning.
Whilst we had great attendance and engagement throughout remote learning, there is nothing like seeing our children and staff back together. Our main priority now is to get the children settled back into school routines to develop their learning resilience. After Easter we will especially be focusing on some of the things throughout lockdown such as the enrichment activities, extra-curricular clubs and physical education lessons. We will also be working hard to ensure that every child catches up on any lost learning.
