Annual NET staff conference-Friday 3rd September

On Friday 3rd September NET Academy staff were joined by guest speaker, Floyd Woodrow. Floyd’s early career was as a soldier in the Parachute Regiment. He spent four years with the 1st Battalion Regiment before joining the Special Air Service at the age of 22. During this time he was awarded the Distinguished Conduct Medal for his work in Iraq and an MBE for his work in Afghanistan. Floyd has an excellent track record of success as a Military Leader, Director, Consultant and Negotiator. Floyd has established an international reputation for designing and running leadership and elite performance training in education, sports, business and government.
