The National Education Trust (NET) is seeking a dynamic and innovative Headteacher for one of its schools, Henry Hinde Junior School in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader to undertake a pivotal strategic role in the leadership and development of the school and the work of NET Academies. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work closely with other school leaders and to contribute to and shape policy and practice across the NET Academies family.

The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader who can demonstrate:

  • A proven track record of raising standards of teaching and learning, leading to improved achievement and attainment;
