HOW TO GET HERE
The nearest main line train station is Reading. The nearest local station is Reading West.
The school has very limited parking on site and visitors are unlikely to find a space with prior arrangement. There is no dedicated disabled parking on site due to the nature of its location.
Free on-street parking is available on Kensington Road and Cranbury Road but is limited to 2 hours.
The nearest public car park is across Kensington Road from the school at the Kensington Road Recreation Ground. Parking is free for 2 hours, rising to £2.50 for 7 hours. 3 disabled parking spaces are available and are free when displaying a blue badge.
The nearest Reading Buses routes to the school are:
No.33 along Tilehurst Road
No.15/No.17 along Oxford Road
The school reception is located on Cranbury Road and is open from 08.00 – 16.30
Please be aware that the school is a grade 2 listed building built in 1890 and the school site slopes down a hill limiting access to some doors for people with restricted mobility.
All ground floor levels of the school are wheelchair accessible.
Access to the school reception is via a ramped walkway.
